Parents don't want one of their son to claim on their property
08-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
My parents (alive) don't want that one of my brother (not living with us) should claim on their property anytime in future. So need to know what is the exact process in details if possible. Thanks in advance.
Dear Querist, in that case, your parents should execute and transfer all the properties to their future legal heir or any other person whom they want to bequeathed.
If will is executed or no document is executed, then he would challenge will or may seek share in the property.
So ask your parents to transfer all assets during their lifetime.
