08-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
My parents (alive) don't want that one of my brother (not living with us) should claim on their property anytime in future. So need to know what is the exact process in details if possible. Thanks in advance.

This is my respone to you:
1. Your parents can make a Will in favour of you
2. They must register that Will
3. They can also gift the property while they are alive
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.

Dear Querist, in that case, your parents should execute and transfer all the properties to their future legal heir or any other person whom they want to bequeathed.

If will is executed or no document is executed, then he would challenge will or may seek share in the property.

So ask your parents to transfer all assets during their lifetime.

Respected Sir/Madam

Good afternoon

If your parents wish to disowned your brother then they can send him legal notice. Also they have to publish public notice in 2 local news paper disowning their son from their property.
