Mere dadaji Bihar me rhte hai. Unhonne apni pushtaini jameen or apni saree property apne sirf 1 bete or baati k naam se likh di hai. Hum log delhi me rhte hai unhone mere papa ko kuch bhi nhi diya hai or upar se bolte hai ki delhi me jo hmara ghar hai usme unke chote bete yani mere chacha ko hissa do wrna hum case kar denge qki delhi me hmara jo ghar hai wo papa ne hmari mummy k naam par liya hai. Bihar k will ka bhi kehna hai ki hmare dada or chaha ka hmari delhi ke jameen me hissa bnta ahi to wo jb chahe case kar skte hai...1 to hume gaon me 1 rupay ki jameen nhi di or our se hmare delhi k gahr par agar case kar diya to him log kha jayenge..To please muje iske liye koi legal advice de taki him future k liye secure rhe qki case hone ke bad hum sayd kuch nhi kar payenge.. If the property is ancestral in nature then your grandfather is not entitled to decide for all the shares.
