Paid rent amount in advance, landlord asking to vacate the house

I am living since 2014 in heavy deposit. Means I given 1 lakh 90 thousands rupees. 4 month ago my room owner for 2 yrs maked my leave and lincense registration. Now she told me that left her room.what I do? Plz suggest me.My religion is Hindu.
Is your leave and lincense agreement is registered or not is the relevant factor.
