Pagdi system shop legal rights

We have a shop in delhi on pagdi system for last 60 years, all the trading licences and other documents like rent receipt electricity bill and water on my fathers name two years back my father passed away without any will left , we are 2 brothers and 1 sister and mother she's mantally unfit , I just wanted to know what are my legal right on that property and what's my share on that property as per legal terms

In these circumstances if your father died intestate or without executing any will in regard to the said undivided estate, then each one of his class one legal heir is entitled to an equal share in it as per the Hindu Law of Succession.
You can claim your share by virtue of filing a partition suit in a civil court of law and seeking crystallization of your share and getting it's respective possession.

since there is no will, the property will be devolved through intestate succession and as per that your undisputed share in the property belonging to your father will be 1/4th share. Although, things depends on the facts and circumstances of the case. Therefore, it can increase from 1/4th but cant be less than that.
