Owner rights of my mother property

Hindu Maharastrian.
House is in name of my Late Mother.
We are 2 sisters only.
My sister is dead.
My sister family is Husband and 2 kids.
I have the documents of the house which is in name of my mother.
My query who is legal owner of the house now.
What legal action we can take to acquire the house in my name.
You can be only sole legal heir for property of your mother. Your sister's husband and children cannot become legal heir if your late mothers property.After death of your mother you are only heir of that property.Therefore you should submit application to society .
