Owner name not exist in all the fards records as per registery doc.

There is no actual dispute at the moment.
I am planning to buy one plot, In registery has couple of fard numbers (11), Out of 11 fard number owner name exist in 8 fards but not exist in 8 fards, i also calulated owner portion in fards which is equal to mentioned land.
Now my doubt is why owner name not exist in rest three fards, do i need to buy this property or not.
