Our property not JDA approved we living since 20 years how to proceed

Hello, we are living at our personal home since 20 years from now, but actually it was distributed by the society group at that time, and there was no such need to approve the property with JDA, but now when we are required to build the home at further level, we are not been able to get home loan from banks as the property is not JDA approved.. So i will be pleased if there is any alternative or solution for the mentioned problem.. Thanks in advance...
There is a planned zone wise system in JDA. First, please figure out which zone your house comes under, then ask them about their scheduled (time/month) camp for your area. The best way to get a marketable and loanable title of plot from JDA is to wait for their camps of regularisation, otherwise you will be puzzled.
