Ongoing Dispute Regarding Elder Abuse and Property

dispute involving a 77-year-old mother and son. For a prolonged period mother has been subjected to abuse and coercion by her son, who is seeking control over her property denying sisters. The property, originally registered solely in mother's name, was later forcibly amended to include father's name in the land registry. son left house leaving mother alone (77 years) hoping to die. Now wants to come in house to take possession. mother went to police to stop . police aren't stopping son.

U can proceed under the provisions of Senior Citizens Act and file a writ petition before high court seeking direction against the son for physical harassment. The. court can issue restraining orders for him not to come near the old lady .At the same time get order of injuction from the lower court for the property in Dispute.
