What can be done legally so that injection to halt construction of a building in between of construction cannot be imposed ? Note there is no injection applied already.
To stop the Court fron passing an injunction order against you without hearing you, it is mandatory to file a Caveat against the prospective applicants who is likely to file a Suit against you and move an temporary injunction application in your absence, against you. Once the Caveat is filed the Court cannot pass any order against you unless you being given a chance of being heard.

At best you can file for a caveat petition and request honourable court that if any person files for injunction to halt construction of a building in between of construction. you should be informed in prior or before hand
