One son sign missing from sale of property now he is claiming again

I purchased a site from the person who bought this site from the sons of actual site owners. One of the son signature missed in the document. It was happened in 2008.is the son whose signature is missed can claim for property. The sons sold to X and I purchased from X. What can be done?

Hi
The missing son can sign a rectification deed for the property sold to X.
Once the rectification deed is signed, then he cannot make any claim whatsoever.
Without rectification deed, your title is not perfect.
