I HAVE THREE SISTERS AND I AM ONLY SON. AFTER THE DEATH OF MY PARENTS. MY TWO SISTERS ARE READY TO SIGN NOC AND NOT DEMANDING ANY SHARE BUT MY THIRD SISTER IS AN ADVOCATE NEITHER SHE IS SIGNING NOC NOR SHE IS READY TO TAKE HER SHARE AND GIVE THREAT EVERY TIME THAT SHE CAN TAKE HER SHARE ANY TIME. SHE IS ALSO GIVING MENTAL TENSION TO ME BY NOT DOING THE SAME. PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT TO DO
Ask your two sister who are ready to sign a NOC in your favour, to relinquish their respective shares in this property in your favour. This way you’ll become 3/4 owner of this property. Then you can pressurise your advocate S sister for partition
