One person using our land without permission want to take legal action

How can i take back my land . How can i take action on them. Without permission they are using our land now they are saying we paid money but we didn't take any amount.

As you, told, you file a case for injunction against these person in case if your are still in possession and enjoyment of property.
If they are already in" illegal possession/occupied " over the property by way of illegal tress pass, you have two option
One you can file a criminal complaint against them before the Jurisdictional Police or you can file a case for declaration proving your title over the property with a prayer from the court to vacate them from that property.
