One tenant is occupied one room wants to vacate. Got permission for dismental from GHMC
If the tenant has expressed intent to vacate the occupied room and the owner has obtained permission from GHMC (Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation) for dismantling or demolition, then the landlord can proceed only after the tenant has completely vacated the premises.
It is important to ensure:
