Offer to someone to whom you are well acquainted giving him a house on

04-Sep-2024 (In Property Law)
Question is about offer that is put forth by someone to someone on telephone or through a person to whom is well known person to him on phone as well as through letter and in return he gives his acceptance after reading the letter by a letter in return. My question is in this regard wether it creates legal rights and obligation to be executed or enforced. The thing is that generally some people promise in fancy of emotion but unable to perform it, and for the performance phone & letter only

yes, if you accept an offer. it creates legal obligation upon the persons who proposed such offers and also on the person who accepts such offers. In case of telephonic conversation any action taken on such offers and acceptance is required.

Yes, once there is exchange between two parties of any letter or representation with offer and acceptance, it becomes a legally binding contract between the parties and the one not fulfilling his part of the contract can be made to do so by law.
