Offer given By Builder For Society Redevelopment not Satisfactory

Offer given by Builder is not satisfactory. 95% tenants gave the consent to the same builder. I am not satisfied with the offer. My flat carpet area is 310 but builder is calculating RERA carpet 298 sq ft, there r total 60 tenants but builder is giving only 30 car parkings. My flat is occupied by my brother, flat is mine but the society communicates with him keeping me aside. Corpus fund is only 15k , rent given is too less which 22k, atleast 28k is the ongoing rental rates in the Jogeshwari E vicinity. What stand should I take against the builder and society?

based on your question As per the rule if u r the owner of the Flat The society Mangaing Comitte should provide all communications to u.
Regarding the less AREA he is giving to u all & ONLY 30 CAR PARKING is a issue, we require to get NEW QUOTATIONS & TENDERs
