Hi,
I'm planning to purchase a flat in an apartment project in Bangalore that has received OC, RERA approval, and is also approved by SBI.
However, a small portion of the project—about half an acre—is under dispute(where my falt falls), while the remaining 4 acres are clear and legally compliant.
Given that the project has all the major approvals (OC, RERA, SBI), is it still safe to proceed with the purchase? Or could this disputed portion create legal issues down the line?
