I want to obtain succession certificate
And Get NOC from Legal heirs staying out of the country.

It says that in case of no will, the property is transferred to widow and children. One of my son is studying abroad. Please tell us on what steps he need to take in order to send us no objection certificate.
It’s correct in case of an ancestral property/self acquired property, if the deceased died intestate then the property devolves upon widow and children in equal shares. In order for you to acquire the property, you will have to either get a relinquishment deed in your favour from your sign or a partition/ family settlement deed registered in your favour.
