Obstructing the path of exit/entrance

My brother is putting bike deliberately on the shared common passage of exit and entrance. The said Path has only 3 feets wide. It's not possible for me to freely pass through them. The path runs from the middle of the house. The house is gifted by my late mother to me and my brother in 2009.suggest legal action.
Since both of you have joint rights over the property and your brother is obstructing your free passage you can either file a suit and take injunction not to disturb or you can file a criminal case and the court will pass order to remove obstacle. Please call for more details
