Property purchase ke liye NY karna hai cheque rukaya hai
Agar aap property purchase ke liye cheque issue kar chuke hain aur woh cheque kisi wajah se ruk gaya hai (jaise account mein balance nahi hona ya payment stop karna), toh aapko turant us party ko inform karna chahiye jisko cheque diya gaya tha. Agar deal cancel karni hai, toh proper written communication karein taaki future mein legal dispute na ho. Lekin agar dusri party aapke against legal action leti hai (jaise cheque bounce ka case under Section 138 NI Act), toh aapko court mein apna defence dena padega.
