Nuisance created flat owner by blocking passage

19-Dec-2024 (In Property Law)
I have purchased a parking lot in my housing society which is behind another parking lot which is also the passage for my vehicle. however the owner of the front parking has blocked it thereby preventing movement of my vehicle despite written documents and declarations of parking rules given by builder about shared/dependent parking use. Is there a legal way in which this can be resolved as it has been more than a year that I am not able to use my parking properly.

dear client as per your query since you have purchased a parking plot in your housing society but due the other owner you are unable to use your vehicle you can send legal notice warning him that you will take legal action against him if he doesn't allow you to use the space..
