brother wants me to vacate the house. does Notary signed document is a valid document for partition of the house or for me to vacate the house

Dear Concerned,

Please provide complete details of your case and all the events that have taken place till date. Your question is very subjective. Normally, a Partition Deed which is not registered, cannot be enforced as such.

Notary documents are not a valid documents for partition.For partition you have to file a civil suit in a competent court having jurisdiction to try and hear the case where all the legal hrirs are necessary parties.
