Notary Agreement Registration To 7/12 Extract

I have 600 sq ft plot with notary agreement stamp on it (on 20 rupee stamp paper).It has been done in year 2002.It is in our custody from 2002 to upto now.I need to know how can I registered it on 7/12 extract. Please guide.And as per below we came under schedule caste religion.

documents must be register for record on 7/12. is seller is ready to make register documents then u can register and then u can make an application before revenue authority for 7/12. if seller is not ready to make register sale deed then you can move to court.
