Not updated ownership details in mutation after agri land registering.

I have purchased agriculture land 3 months back still not updating ownership details in mutation. I went to office I asked them. They said government dispute I asked notice but they are not responding I want to build house there after 10 years with convertion certificate but not now. I want to growing plants.
see if the properties is not getting reflected in the revenue records then you have to file a suit before the assistant commissioner to direct them to make the necessary entries made in the revenue records.
