Take proper legal steps against the Builder for damages and cancelation. You have to stop loan then it has to repaid and for that u hav to take legal steps against the default. for further assistance contact.

If the builder has delayed possession for 10+ years, you can file a complaint with RERA for compensation or possession. You can also approach the Consumer Forum for deficiency of service. Additionally, you may request the bank for a moratorium on EMI payments or take legal action to stop EMI if the delay is due to the builder’s fault. A legal notice to the builder and bank is advisable. Consult a property lawyer for further steps.
