Not getting share in ancestral land

18-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandfather has 3 sons and 3 daughters. My grandfather has some piece of land which he bought when he was young. Now my grandfather and father both died. As per the law, now I am the shareholder for my grandfather's land, but my uncle and aunts are not willing to give me my share. It's not like they denying to give me my share but they also not voluntarily interested in giving me the share. Please give me some suggestions about what would I do in this type of situation.

Please firstly get all certified documents of your grandfathers title in the property for perusal purposes. You can issue notice to your relatives and move a Partition Suit asking for your legal share in the family property. Make an application foe injunction as per law and get the property stayed and frozen through a court order. Let them come for settlement thereafter or let the suit proceed.
