Not getting NOC so would like to go for declaration suit

Would like to go for declaration suit.The property has been purchased by my husband before our marriage and my mother name was there as a co-owner.l have all the proof that the property has been purchased by my husband and all the EMI has been paid by my husband.
You can file a suit for declaration, partition and possession. Further, if your husband has paid all the EMIs and you have all the requisite documents then you can proceed for the suit. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice/assistance as regards the same.
