Flat booked in 2015 pussetion in dec 2017 on record in agreement and flat work is not satisfied down payment 539000+ bank disbursement 2547400 other 212000 and stamp duty
If you have registered agreement with you with builder.And builder not handed over in a suitable condition or not done proper construction work and also not handed over possession of your flat.Then you can file complaint in Consumer forum against that builder for deficiencies.
