Nomination form in housing society limited

In a housing society A member wants to submit Nomination form and it will be sent thru speed post then such Nomination Form is required to be Notarized. Thank you

You can simply sign the nomination form and send to the society by speed post or registered acknowledgment as if available in your locality however the receipt of the nomination for should be given to you by the society as and when they receive it it should not be notarised

Nomination form can be submitted by Reg. post. any person who wants to file nomination have to file the same personally. you can oppose the such nomination and election process by giving objection and by filling proceeding before Joint Charity Commissioner
