Noise pollution in residential area

I am facing a serious issue regarding a heavy machinery noise due to factory which is very closest wall of my house . It’s the metal plating factory. Every day and night they run this heavy machine which is creating a vibration and noise in my home and i am unable to stay at home due to this heavy machine noise hitting my ears. They run the machinery from morning 7 am to night 11 pm. I am facing a serious heart pain due to this. Gave several notice and warnings and they are still not cooperating
