Noise pollution from the hotel at midnight

My house is next to this hotel it is a residential area but two years back a hotel has started the hotels chimney is right to my bedroom and this chimney runs till 2.30 am later they start washing utensils till 4.00 am this has caused lot of stress to my family members where we are deprived of sleep. I have attached sound db photo which is around 70db. Could anyone guide me what I can do in this regard
The chimney is touching my compound wall and there is not even half feet distance between chimney and my property.
