NOC from children of plot owner lady

Should I take consent from children(3) of lady owner while buying plot which is in her name. I'm planning to buy a plot in Karnataka, owner of plot is old lady. Should I take consent of all her 3 children before buying plot??

Hello, before you purchase any property, you should go through the papers and see the nature of the property. One is each achieved properties andanother one is ascribed property. Self acquired property can be sold solely by the owner and you need not to take any legal hair signature, but if it is inherited property, then signature of all required.
