No share agreement after demise of the parents.

My Husband is the eldest and a heart patient, no job. the younger two siblings stole the property documents after the dismise of my in-laws, they both want the property for themselves when asked said the day we sell we will give him a share. They want to rent out the five portions and occupy one house which my husband wanted. What should we do now.

your Husband entitle to get equal share, if they sold out the property without your Hausband consen your Husband your can challenge, and contest the about sale and share both. but before should verify definetly can get share eaually..

You need to send a legal notice through a lawyer. After that you must file a suit for partition and injunction as there will be threat that they will sell the property. Prilominary decree will be issued and you will get a 1 share along with your in laws. Adv Jamal Sait Bangalore
