No road to my land as its blocked by a approved layout. Only way is th

My aunt sold her property and the real estate agent had put layout blocking our way. Now no road to my land. In layout, there is a park allocation. 23 feet road comes and ends on the park. Is it a way that we can ask way through the park if that's the only option. Do we need to ask for the extension of the road to go through park. In that case, t Do we give the space to the road in our land to go through.

Sure we can definetly claim for access to the property if there is no way. Documents and sketch of the property is required to arrive at a definite conclusion. We can approach the Corporation and Municipal authorities to redress the issue.
