Hello sirnnWe have paid money to a marketing executive for the purchase of land in Cuddapah. It's been two years and the executive says one time that he will return money and the other time he says he will get the land registered. But the registered is not being done. What do we do ? We are tired of making innumerable calls

In your case you can send legal notice to return the said amount and if not return you can file civil suit for recovery of money in the competent civil court snd further you can also file criminal case against him, nay be after filing criminal case he may return your money
