No pathway from bus stop till by home offered money to landlord

Sir, I have no pathway from bus stop to home about 800 mtr away, in between all side neighbour land exists, where my land and home exists, only pedestal can be used neither even m/c or four wheeler can cross, mainly in corps season , I have offered money for compensation of 12 feet pathway, but landlord refused, it too problem , therefore what is option, can I go to get the case in revenue court for permanent pathway or any other advice, pl suggest, regards

Sir,as per ur query ur land lourd not provide u pathways winch. Is ur right,so first send ur.land.lord to.legal notice. And if not solve. Problems then file suit under rent /accommodation act.in competently court ,rest on VI's a vise
