next steps after Hon'ble judge decides case

03-Apr-2024 (In Property Law)
For a civil case requesting cancellation of 2nd fraudulent property registration, once the Hon'ble judge decides the case, can I file CA to get the judgement copy and decree? Is there any rule stating only lawyer has to do this?

Both the Parties and Both the Party's Advocates can apply for the CA.

There is no rule that only lawyers should file it. If you are a party to the suit i. e if your name is included in the suit then YES, you can file the CA and ask for any documents related to the suit.

In most of the court premises you do find the stationery, You will find the CA forms and Court stamps with him. Fill that form and attach the Court stamp and submit it at the respective section. The stationery guy will also guide with the procedure regarding that respective court. So dont worry.
