Next steps after case has been decided

03-Apr-2024 (In Property Law)
I purchased a property, have the registration documents and in possession. The seller sold this property to someone else after selling to me. I approached the court to dismiss the fraudulent second registration. I am not seeking any compensation from the seller. The Hon'ble judge has decided on the case. My lawyer is stating to get judgement and decree, CA has to be filed and for this fees are around 2% of the property value. Is this correct? What is the correct process? Can I file for CA?

hi first need to see the copy of the judgment delivered by the court and you could go to the appeal and applying certified copy you could apply it on your own or through advocate and that after that you could proceed accordingly
