Neighbours starting construction on the land captured since 50 years

Our neighbor occupied ie, captured the land for about 50 years and they now are going to construct building house..... Although in the record copy the said land is our's....so what will be the immediate action to stop them?...

As per the details given by you I would like to say , if the property is in your name you can file a suit for declaration and injunction against the other person and even after the order of injunction if they dont stop doing illegal activities go for police help in the same suit under section 151 of the CPC.

I don't understand what you are doing for last 50 long years when they occupied for land. 1st stop saying they occupied your land. 2ndly arrange all the property documents including partha and pay the up to date khazna.
Thereafter file a case for injunction, declaration if necessary as your case be of Khadr possesses.
