Neighbors filed a complaint with RDO office what can we do

My mother having 13.2 acres of land with registration but it is a 170ACT area..We got registered before 10 years. but our neighbour land owner placed a complaint on us at RDO office ..There RDO sir refused and asked to go to collectrate...Please provide me a solution to this problem...Our opponents are tribe and we are non - tribes ...WE honestly buyed that before 40 years..please help us....Save the TRUTH.........

if the property is in 170 Act area and you say that you bought the land before the enactment of Act, then you need to have valid proof of the same.
Also , if the land is registered before 10 years, chances are it might not be under 170 Act at all as if it is under 170 Act, then the registrar would not have allowed the registration at all.
Need more details.

here i need to go through your documents then only we can decide what should be done . when did u purchase the property , from whom u purchased the property .and i require certain documents so that we can decide what should be done
