Neighbor threatening to file a stay order for my construction

Sir I constructing my home on my won land .but a person who live beside my home .he threatening to me to stop my construction and getting stay order .now how can I protect myself from him .please give some advice. ....
if he files a case then you will have to defend the case and prove the other person wrong. i hope you have taken all the requisite permissions before construction began. in case you have not then it can be a problem if your neighbor files a case.

No body can stop you from constructing home at your legally owned land, probably you can do it by procuring duly sanctioned plan. Threatening by your neighbor is illegal, against which you can take proper legal action if required. if your neighbor stops u from construction, you can lodge an FIR against him.

full details u have not provided. as far as i can get, if u r constructing as per sanctioned plan. no one can stop u. if anyine is threatning u, u at ince file case against him of the apprehended stoppage. full advice after looking all documents
