Hello,
I’m looking for legal help to file a stay order regarding my property in gejjalagere Karnataka.
We own a piece of land next to a public road where drainage construction is happening. Now, local people are trying to forcefully take part of our land for public road use without any legal notice or compensation from the Panchayat.When we tried to put up a compound wall on our legally owned land (with documents), they stopped us threatened us, say we must leave space let me know how to proceed
