Need suggestion on RERA legal issue

I had bought a property in a RERA project in Pune. Now that project got work stop notice from MSRDC & PMRDA saying that the whole building and other structure are erected on ring road land. Current situation is that builder file a suit against PMRDA & MSRDC. This case is continued from last 3 years in Mumbai high court, till date their is no outcome. Kindly suggest that should I go for legal battle against all 3 parties or should I wait & watch? Also pls share the name, no. of a genuine lawyer.

Well, I think, you need to file a case against all such three parties, it is best, that, you file a Writ Petition in Supreme Court via me under Article 32 of the Indian Constitution to get faster relief.
