Need POA draft and registered for NRI

Hi Team, I am planning to sell my property in Bangalore. Since I am NRI, I need to create POA for the same. The property owned by myself and my wife, We are both outside India, due to current circumstances we are not able to visit India, another 6 months. But we got buyer to sell the property. We got to know that we need to execute Special power of attorney for selling our property for both of us name to our blood relative. nPlease let me know price for drafting the doc and registering.
