Need legal advice as Father sold the house built by son

I am the elder son in my family and earned money from overseas and built house on father's land. My father along with 2 younger brothers sold the house to third person without my knowledge and consent. Can I claim rights on my share as I built the house.
Yes, you can claim your share in the property as long as you can provide evidence for payment to build the property. It also depends on if there is any agreement between you and your father to build the house on his land.
