Need help to vacate a Temporary Injunction

A convoluted partition suit is filed by plaintiff in 2006 by including several property schedules. In Dec 2024, they file IA under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 for a specific schedule E. The defendant party (D8) for this particular schedule alienated the property in 1995 whereas the partition suit itself was filed in 2006. They never had the necessary party for the Schedule E on record. I own a part owner in schedule E in the midst of house construction. Technically, i am a third party affected by the in
