Need guideline on what should i do.
30-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi,
I have bought a property in laxmi nagar two years back where builder constructed the property but not as per approved map as a result height of the building got increased and BSES yumana refuse to install electricity connection.
In Registration documents for the property builder mentioned that he will provide electricity connection but he failed. There is no electricity on my floor.
I am having a tough time with builder from last 2 year of follow up on electricity connection but failed. Could you please guide on what can be done.
Firstly, please send him a legal notice pointing out the illegalities committed by him and give him a time limit to correct it. if he does not, you may file a complaint before the consumer forum praying for appropriate directions on the builder including compensation for losses caused to you.
hello client as i can see your problem which you have mentioned. yes i agree it is a big problem but this problem can get solved but for tht you need to take legal action because the way through whuch you can get electricity cinnnection normally but tht is not possible due to height . but for things to get solve . but the accurate solution for your problem is to obtain an order from delhi high court so you can get electricity connection directly with out any issue.
