Need clarification on the WILL execution and how to sell our share ind

19-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
3 legal heirs for my mother( 2 daughters and 1 son). My mother have expired recently leaving a WILL . She has mentioned her House should be equally distributed to all her children (2 daughters and 1 son). All 3 of us have a Xerox copy of a WILL and other property documents are in bank locker. Son is very adamant and not willing to distribute this property is he is trying to loot himself. So my question is 1. Can we both daughters sell our share without that SON knowledge? 2. Steps to approach this legally?

you can make a probate at appropriate Court whether the property lies outside the district the district court of the district will be irrelevant code for the jurisdiction top 10 profit if the property lies within the Metro city then you should approach Madras High Court to provide the bill after provider will you are the real legal owners not giving the shared then you must file the you are the bonus as per the bill and the sun is the illegal equipment and you should also asked to evict the son from the property which you are legal
