Need assistance in getting my father's property equally distributed

I need assistance in getting my father's property distributed equally amongst his childrenWe are 4 brothers and 2 sisters. All are married. I am the youngest one amongst all. My father passed away in September 2021, and have not made any will or not distributed the property which he earned. nnFather's earned property includes 3 Houses in Delhi and 14 beeghas of land in village in U.P. Aligarh. nnNow, my mother irrelevantly is favoring one of my brother and gives him all the earnings n( which she gets through rent every month collected from my father's property ) and also says that she is not going to distribute the property. Her age is 70+ yearsHere, I want to know that whether is it possible to stop my mother irrelevantly favoring my brother and giving him the rent earnings every month. My mother lives in the house where me and my brother (whom my mother favors) lives. Other 2 brothers lives in separate house. All property was made by fathernSo, please assist in this situation.
