Need advice on share on property

I will be marrying a boy. I want to know that after marriage I will be entitled to 50% of the share in all his property or 75% share in all his property and also advice about my share in property which is not in his name but he has a right in property. I want some advice on my share to his property.
There is no straightjacket formula that you will be receiving 50% or 75% share in your husband's property. There are a lot of facts and circumstances that are taken into consideration. after marriage female has a right to residence, maintenance, live seperately in some cases.
For immovable properties -
if there is no Gift or Will wherein wife's right is excluded then she is entitled for her share in the property.
wife is entitled for her share in self-acquired n ancestral properties.

Well, after marrying a Boy, you become his Class - I Legal Heir, so if the boy dies naturally unfortunately after your marriage with him, then, you can become equal shareholder with other Class - I shareholders of his Self made Property.
