Dear sir, Iam i need clarification regarding iam having bmrda site 40% release site i having now i need home loan i applied in DHFL BANK but bank person asking need sign and permission letter from NDA T/W building planning sanction copy but NDA Officers telling it is not a release site. so what i can do i need loan, even i ask i can pay fee also please release my site, but they are telling now Govt stopping individual site , what i can do please help me if any other option i need home loan
Cheque your neighbouring sites, are buildings coming up there ? If yes, then your site also will get a release letter. If they are vacant, then wait and see, only after amenities are completed in layout sites will be released.

Sir, You need to talk to the developer to get it approved with concerned authorities. In case, if developer not doing so then you need to approach court by filing suit against developer. You may talk to any property lawyer on this.
